What the questionnaire asks for

The questionnaire asks for your HighLevel agency relationship, company name, work email, business role, number of managed client locations, missed-call text-back usage, current verification method, observed failure frequency and impact, current tool or process, and whether you would consider a paid pilot after technical checks.

Do not submit HighLevel credentials, client records, caller information, recordings, transcripts, message contents, financial details or other sensitive business data.

Why the information is used

We use questionnaire information to understand whether HighLevel agencies experience a real, recurring missed-call text-back reliability problem and whether a narrow automatic monitor should receive a concrete payment test.

The lawful basis is ELIXON LTD's legitimate interest in conducting proportionate business-to-business research. You may object at any time by emailing the privacy address above. We will contact you about a relevant pilot only when you select the paid-pilot or demo option.

Delivery and access

Vlodar does not store questionnaire responses in its application database. Valid responses are sent through Resend, operated by Plus Five Five, Inc. in the United States, to a restricted ELIXON LTD mailbox hosted by Proton Mail. Resend and Proton act as processors for this delivery path. Access is limited to ELIXON LTD personnel who need the information for this research.

Resend's Data Processing Addendum includes transfer safeguards and states participation in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and UK Extension. Open and click tracking are not required for these response emails.

How long information is kept

Identifiable questionnaire responses are kept for no more than 90 days from receipt and are then deleted. We delete them earlier when they are no longer needed or when a valid objection or erasure request requires deletion. Anonymous research findings may be kept after the identifiable response is deleted.

Submitting the questionnaire again from a new browser session may create a duplicate email. Obvious duplicates are removed during mailbox review.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict use of your information, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
